Hilding Anders Poland joined the international breast cancer awareness campaign “Pink Ribbon” that will last for three months. Within that action Hilding introduces into Polish market the luxurious series of the surface mattresses trimmed with pink lacing. The other products that will be marked with “Pink Ribbon” during next three months are the pillows and head-rests Visco from Hilding collection. The part of profit from the sale of the surface mattresses Pink Ribbon as well as the pillows and head-rests Visco, Hilding Anders Poland will transfer to Federation of “Amazonki” Associations (www.amazonkifederacja.pl) for statutory actions. The main aim of the Federation is comprehensive action in the interest of women with breast cancer. The Federation accomplishes its aims by coordinating the activities of clubs and associations gathering women after breast cancer treatment throughout Poland. It organises trainings for professionals (rehabilitators, psychologists), leaders and volunteers. The Federation creates conditions for mutual support, help and self-help, it represents the interests of women suffering from breast cancer. It informs people and authorities as well as the institutions on the problems of women after breast cancer treatment and helps them return to normal life. It acts for early diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of women after mastectomy and issues educational materials, brochures, guide-books, posters and leaflets.
